- Stare at yourself in a mirror after a long nap and admire how glowing, beautiful and dreamy your face looks. Naps work wonders.
- In fact, stare at yourself on a mirror daily. Each time compliment on something. Maybe today you like your hair but don’t enjoy the shape of your lips, but that’s ok because tomorrow you’ll be delighted at how cute your smile is even tho your hair might be a mess. Learn to love you.
- Bake cookies just to eat with your fingers the remaining cookie dough. Everybody knows that’s the best part of baking.
- Forgive yourself.

Guys the situation is slowly getting worse for Asians and Muslims in the East london area. There are more and more acid attacks happening. God forbid it ever happens to any of you, or that you have to witness it. But if you do make sure to remove clothing and jewellery that made contact with acid and make sure to flush the skin out with water. Keep pouring water as the pain can last up to thirty to forty minutes.
Keep windows closed when driving, boys are driving up in mopeds and throwing acid into cars. Be wary of “delivery men” as people have donned these looks to throw acid on people and then runaway. Do not open your doors to any random strangers, its not safe.

I thought we just got over all this madness with people mowing down Muslims coming out of mosques, but now all of this starts. Not to mention the rise in random attacks. A lady was beat up in the local park by a drunk white man. A young girl had raw bacon stuffed in her face because she, to him was “muslim scum.” My cousin got beaten up on his doorstep by three boys. Honestly, I’m not one to cower in fear, its not me. But these recent attacks have really shook me. Dont argue with people when driving, don’t be provoked by random people shouting slurs. I feel like all I am saying these days to everyone is to be safe, but its real, its on our doorstep. Take all the precautions you can, dont walk alone at night. Keep water in your car at all times for emergencies. Keep your windows up. Do not open the door for just anyone. Please be safe yall, and make dua for those who were victims in such attacks…

1. stop blaming yourself for things you cant control

2. drink more water, its helps with acne and keeps you healthy, you know this so just do it 

3. exersize, you wont like it now but you will like it later trust me 

4. dont believe everything you hear, ask first before assuming anything

5. stop making subtweets, just dont do it 

6. tell your family you love them every chance you get, you dont know when you will get another chance to

7. appreciate your friends!!! they will be there for you through everything 

8. DONT LET DUMB BOYS BREAK YOUR HEARTS, most the time they arent worth it 

9. be forgiving, its better than staying mad over dumb things 

10. stay open minded and understanding, people dont always see eye to eye with each other 

11. try new things, eat a new food, listen to new music, watch a new show, dont stay stuck on the same things 

12. confront problems, dont let them evolve into something that couldve been cleared up earlier

13. dance even if you cant dance, sing even if you cant sing, draw even if you cant draw, do these things because i mean theyre fun

14. dont miss out on life because you are too busy undermining yourself and your potential 

15.  never ever let yourself get too serious, life isnt meant to be serious its meant to be fun so make sure it is 

16. love yourself, people will come and go but at the end of the day your opinion on yourself matters the most

I miss the 2000s because there were so many fashion trends and moments when it was encouraged to look like a hot-ass mess. The Instagram age is this weird era of control and perfection and “eyebrows on fleek” blah blah like I miss when everyone walked around with last night’s eyeliner still on while wearing 25 stupid accessories at once dressed like you slept in trash or whatever.
